Free NeuroMotion Group Exercise Classes

Monday November 10th at 10:30 am AND Thursday December 11th at a 1:30pm Lewis & Clark Library Community Room ​ FREE to anyone interested  ​ Ready to Strengthen Your Body and Brain? The NeuroMotion Group Class is a unique training experience designed to improve both physical fitness and brain health. You’ll rotate through 10 engaging stations that pair movement with mental challenges—think squats while catching a ball, stepping patterns with colored cones, or reacting to light cues while solving quick puzzles. Physical activities can be modified for all mobility levels to include seated options. Why it matters: Exercise doesn’t just tone muscles—it can also protect your memory, sharpen focus, and lower dementia risk. By training the four key areas of cognition—memory, attention, executive function, and processing speed—you’re building resilience for your future while having fun in the present. Exercise is shown to reduce dementia ris by approximately 45%!
