About the event
Ready to Strengthen Your Body and Brain?
The NeuroMotion Group Class is a unique training experience designed to improve both physical fitness and brain health. You’ll rotate through 10 engaging stations that pair movement with mental challenges—think squats while catching a ball, stepping patterns with colored cones, or reacting to light cues while saying word lists.
Why it matters: Exercise doesn’t just tone muscles—it can also protect your memory, sharpen focus, and lower dementia risk. By training the four key areas of cognition—memory, attention, executive function, and processing speed—you’re building resilience for your future while having fun in the present. Exercise is shown to reduce dementia ris by approximately 45%!
Benefits include:
Better balance, strength, and coordination
Sharper memory, quicker thinking, and improved focus
